Dave caught himself on fire yesterday while welding. This morning he went to show me the hole he burned through his outer shirt. On seeing a burn hole in the sleeve, he said, "No, that was the other fire." WHAT?

Went to two elementary schools this afternoon to drop off thank yous for hosting R. L. Stine last week. Was too lazy to take off my helmet at the second school, or my cycle jacket or gloves. I looked like an astronaut on the planet Dork.

You're in good company. My dad is e-filing our taxes today (let's hear it for CPAs in the family!). Sad, considering that we are getting a nicely sized refund. Every year I swear that we'll get him our tax info in a more timely manner, but it usually doesn't work out that way.
