From the moment I turned in my last revision to Super Agent Chris, and he began to pitch it to editors, I became a full-time consumer. No writing, no blogging...no producing at all. Instead, I've filled my time with reading books and web content, listening to podcasts, rediscovering yoga.
Consume, consume, consume.
And now I need to strike a balance. So!
In an effort to equalize my taking with my giving, I've set up a theme-a-day blog schedule. It goes something (exactly) like this:
Monday = Writing
Things I'm writing, have learned about writing, or done in connection with writing. All about writing. Probably links to other writers talking about writing. (Writing.)
Tuesday = Social Media
This is big for me now, so, lucky you! You get to learn what I'm learning. (*woot* learning)
Wednesday = Fitness/Health
Find out why I recently quit my gym, and what I'm doing instead, including, but not limited to: yoga, walking, swimming, and gearing up for a half-marathon in November. Will touch on nutrition and mental fitness, too.
Thursday = Books
You know... books. All sorts.
Friday = Travel
Where I've been, how I did it, why it's a priority, and how you can work it into your budget, too.
Saturday = Simplicity
Lots of fun listy posts on simplifying, based on my own shenanigans.
Sunday = Podcasts
Cool 'casts, lots of subjects. I put this one on Sunday, so you can fill your mp3 player for the week ahead.
Anyhoo, I'm going to jump right in with a books post later today. See you then!
